Group Agreements

To create a community of trust and accountability, I promise to adhere to these agreements:

To attend all sessions or to communicate to the coaches any sessions I am not able to attend before Session 2.
To arrive on time, prepared for each session. Our request is that you join the meeting at 5 minutes early so we can all be prepared to start on time. If we do not see you at the beginning of a session, we will assume you are experiencing an emergency and will attempt to contact you.
To complete all of my assignments to the best of my abilities.
To make myself available for my peer 1-1 sessions.
To maintain strict confidentiality as per the following: As a Client in this coaching program, you can be assured of coach confidentiality throughout this engagement. No personally identifiable information is shared by the Coaches outside of the group coaching relationship without an individual’s permission unless required by applicable laws. If you choose to share your learning experience outside of the program, you agree you will not share identifiable information about specific individuals or experiences without the permission of those individuals.
To not engage in gossip inside or outside of the program.
To be 100% responsible for the results I produce out of my participation in the program, as per the nature of the coaching relationship: As our Client, you understand that the coaching relationship is not psychological counselling or any type of psychotherapy. All Clients participating in this program are responsible for creating their own decisions and results. Clients will not hold the Coaches or any other program participants liable for any actions or results arising either directly or indirectly out of the coaching program, including any adverse situation created as a result of a specific referral or suggestion given by the Coaches or program participants.
