Group coaching program

Your Leadership Journey

A 12-week exploration of Leadership

Your Leadership Journey is a leadership development program that will empower and equip aspiring and emerging leaders with the abilities to make the difference you desire in business and in life.

Designed in a unique leader-to-leader format, we are combining our career leadership and applied coaching experience and bringing together a group of like-minded peers to work as a collective with a mix of group, peer-to-peer, and individual coaching sessions.

Over the course of 12 weeks, we will explore “leadership” together: What does it mean to be a leader? What really matters to you as a person? What are your defining attributes as a leader? How will you show up authentically and with conviction to make the kind of impact and difference you know you can make?

Our goal is to help you grow as a person, take the next steps in your leadership journey, gain tools you can apply immediately, and walk away with renewed energy and confidence in your ability to lead anywhere in your life.
